The mission of the Faculty of Science & Literature at AUCE is to provide outstanding education to its undergraduate and graduate students in accordance with the principles of the AUCE mission. The Faculty aims to maintain an environment that promotes innovative thinking; values mutual respect and diversity; encourages and supports scholarship; instills ethical behavior; and engenders life-long learning. The faculty of Science and Literature has two departments: Computer Science department & Literature department.
Computer Science Department
English Literature Department
English Literature Department offers BA degrees in TEFL - Teaching English as Foreign Language & Translation. These inclusive programs are chosen under educational quality control and with a lucrative care. The focus is on crystallizing the learning standards and matching practical relevance to the curriculum. The purpose behind these degrees is to prepare students to become professional English Language instructors, to easily get started on a successful TEFL career, to prepare students become professional and well-qualified translators who are quite knowledgeable about the international standards of translation and interpretation.
